The HECO-A-COOLER water tank is designed for waxed vine plants bundles cooling and residue wax recovery.
The system consists of a stainless steel Tank divided into 2 areas: the bigger one is for vine plants cooling and has a capacity of 115 liters, while the smaller one is for filtering and cleaning and has a capacity of 50 liters.
Thanks to the closed-loop pumping system and to the water filtering system, the remaining wax settles in a collection filter placed on the smallest tank. In this way, the water in the bigger tank is always clean, preventing the wax residues from sticking to the next vine plants that will be processed.
Moreover, this systems allows to recover the excess wax for later reuse, making this processing stage more efficient and cost-effective.
